HOW TO JOIN

1. The promo is open nationwide to interested participants of legal age and are residents of the Philippines at the time of the promotion) who register to the promo and watch any of the participating shows airing during the TodoMax Primetime Singko block on the TV5 channel within the promo period of June 10 to July 19, 2024.

2. Every Mondays to Fridays between 5:30PM to 10:15PM within the promo period of June 10, 2024 to July 19, 2024, participants must wait for the TV5 RED BALLS which will be shown during the airing timeslot of the following shows aired on TV5. Participants must count the TV5 RED BALLS that will appear on each participating show and add them to come up with the total number of TV5 RED BALLS for each game day.

3. Interested participants should visit the official TV5 Facebook Page (https://www.facebook.com/TV5manila/) and look for the Promo chatbot to register and submit their entries to the Promo.

4. 4. To start the registration and/or submission of entries, interested participants will be asked to type the promo keyword “BOLA” on the Promo chatbot. Participants will be required to read and accept the Data Privacy Agreement and the Promo Terms and Conditions by clicking/tapping on the AGREE button to confirm acceptance of the Data Privacy Agreement and Promo Terms and Conditions. After which, he/she will be asked to register the following information.

   • Complete Name (First and Last name)
   • Age range
   • Birthdate (MM-DD-YYYY format)
   • Complete Mailing Address
   • Mobile Number
   • Valid e-mail address (optional)

   NOTE: All information and answers are recorded with corresponding timestamps on a separate database exclusive for this promotion.

5. To earn an entry for a game day, registered participant should send their answer by typing the total number of TV5 RED BALLS they spotted in all the participating shows within the Todomax Primetime Singko block per game day.

6. Each submission with complete registration and answer is equivalent to one (1) valid raffle entry. A participant may earn only one (1) valid entry per day. Succeeding entries sent by the same participant will be considered invalid

7. Valid entries submitted within the respective cut-off periods will be eligible on the following draws:

   Entries received from 5:30PM to 11:59PM, Mondays to Fridays are eligible for the Daily Draw. Non-winning entries per daily cut-off are no longer eligible in succeeding daily draws but are still eligible for the weekly draws and in the grand draw.

   All valid entries received from 5:30PM of June 10, 2024 to 11:59PM of July 19, 2024 are eligible for the Grand Draw.

RAFFLE DRAW

1. From all entries received within the daily cut-off period from Mondays to Fridays, 5:30 PM to 11:59 PM during the promo period, a draw will be held every after playing day to draw five (5) winners who shall receive a Sulit TV Box powered by TV5 worth Seven Hundred Eighty Pesos (Php 780.00) regardless of their answer.

2. If the first drawn winner sent the correct number of TV5 RED BALLS for the day, he/she will get a bonus cash prize of Five Thousand Pesos (Php 5,000.00). However, if the answer is incorrect, he/she will only get the Sulit TV box and the answer of the 2nd drawn winner will be checked to receive the bonus cash prize if correct. If the answer is incorrect too, the 2nd drawn winner will still get the Sulit TV box. The answers of the drawn winners will be checked until all the answers of the five (5) drawn entries have been checked. In the event that the answer of all five (5) drawn winners are incorrect, another winner will be drawn to receive the bonus cash prize from among those who submitted the correct answer. Only one (1) winner per game day will receive the bonus cash prize but all five (5) winners shall receive a Sulit TV box.

3. From all entries received within the weekly cut-off period from 5:30PM Mondays to 11:59PM Fridays during the promo period, a draw will be held every Monday to draw one (1) winner of Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php 50,000.00) cash prize.

4. From all valid entries submitted for the whole promo duration of June 10 to July 19, 2024, twenty-five (25) winners will be drawn to receive a Sulit TV Box Powered by PLDT worth Seven Hundred Eighty Pesos (Php 780.00) each and one (1) winner will be drawn to receive Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 500,000.00) cash during the Grand Raffle Draw.

5. The electronic raffle draws for the daily winners will be held every Mondays to Fridays at 11:00AM beginning from June 11 to July 22, 2024. The raffle draw for the weekly winners will be held every Mondays at 11:00AM beginning June 17, 2024 to July 22, 2024. The Grand Draw will be held on July 22, 2024 at 11:00AM. All the draws will be held at the TV5 Network Office, Reliance St., Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila, to be witnessed online via Zoom/MS Teams in the presence of representatives from TV5 Network Inc and DTI.

6. Prizes are non-transferable. TV5 Network Inc shall shoulder the 20% prize tax for prizes amounting to Php 10,000.00 and above.

7. A winner may win only once for a daily draw. However, he/she may still win when drawn for the weekly and grand draw if the raffle draws for the daily, weekly and grand draws are held on the same day. A previously drawn winner is still qualified to win in succeeding draws.

ANNOUNCEMENT & NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS

1. Names of winners will be aired on the following day’s primetime block from 5:30PM to 10:15 PM. The list will also be posted the following weekend at the official TV5 Facebook Page (https://www.facebook.com/TV5manila/).

2. All winners will be notified through electronic mail, registered mail, and a phone call from TV5 Network Inc representative. A publication will also be made on www.tv5.com.ph/kmm/winners.

CLAIMING of PRIZES

1. The prize in kind will be delivered via courier, free of charge, to the address that the winner registered to the promo. While cash prizes will be electronically transferred to their Electronic Wallets after submission of required identification as listed below. They may also have the option to claim their prize from the TV5 Office, Reliance St., Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila every Thursdays between 2:00PM to 4:00PM. Winners shall shoulder all costs they may incur in securing their prize (Bus Fares, Taxi Fares, Gas, Parking, Meals, etc.) if claimed from the TV5 Office.

2. Prizes shall be awarded/transferred only upon completion of entire validation process..

3. Winners must present the following when claiming their prizes:

   • Two (2) valid government-issued ID with complete real name, picture and correct address (SSS ID, PRC ID, Driver’s License, Passport, Senior Citizen Card, OWWA ID, OFW ID, GSIS e-Card, Philhealth Card, Seaman’s Book, Alien Certification of Registration/Immigrant Certificate of Registration, Firearm’s License, Postal ID, NBI Clearance, Police Clearance) or private-owned issued ID (Company ID, School ID)

   • Notice sent by registered mail and/or electronic mail

4. If the Winner is unable to personally redeem the prize, he/she may send his/her authorized representative to bring ALL of the above requirements, together with the following additional requirements:

   • Original Authorization Letter signed by Winner and his/her Authorized Representative

   • Two (2) valid government-issued ID with complete real name, picture and correct address (SSS ID, PRC ID, Driver’s License, Passport, Senior Citizen Card, OWWA ID, OFW ID, GSIS e-Card, Philhealth Card, Seaman’s Book, Alien Certification of Registration/Immigrant Certificate of Registration, Firearm’s License, Postal ID, NBI Clearance, Police Clearance) or private-owned issued ID (Company ID, School ID). of the Authorized Representative

5. Qualified winners must claim their prizes within sixty (60) days from receipt of notification. Prizes unclaimed within 60 days from receipt of registered mail are forfeited in favor of TV Network Inc with prior written DTI approval.

6. Employees and consultants of TV5 Network, Inc. and its affiliates and subsidiaries, including TV5 Network Inc, their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity and affinity are not qualified to join the Promo. The winners’ identity shall be subject to verification.

CONTROL MEASURES

• Determination and Verification of Winners

  • A DTI Representative shall be invited to check the computer system for receiving registration entries, sending confirmation messages, assigning random computer generated raffle entries, drawing of winners, verification and testing of all procedures before the promo. A copy in a CD/USB shall be sealed in an envelope signed by the DTI Representative for safekeeping of TV5 Network Inc and for verification of DTI anytime.

  • A list of the properties of the computer program and replies shall be printed and given to the DTI Representative after verification.

  • During the verification, the DTI Representative shall also check the fields in the database/list of participants which shall include the following details: complete name, birthdate, mailing address, email address, contact number, answers and a column shall be added to include the raffle numbers assigned randomly.

  • Another DTI Representative will be invited to be present during the actual drawing of raffle winners.

  • A TV5 Representative will generate a list of qualified entries before the draw.

  • Raffle numbers will be assigned at random to all qualified participants in the presence of the DTI Representative before drawing winners. A copy in a CD/USB shall be sealed in an envelope signed by the DTI Representative for safekeeping of and for verification of DTI anytime.

  • All entries shall be randomly assigned a raffle number.

  • The TV5 Representative shall randomly draw an entry from the system that contains all the entries.

  • Winners shall be drawn using the Amplifi Laro System, which is an online raffling system that draws winners randomly based on parameters set by TV5 Network Inc. (Parameters can include entries with correct answers, period on when the user made the entry, and etc.) A total of five (5) winners will be drawn every daily cut-off.

  • After the winner is drawn, it will be verified if the submitted answer is correct (total number of red balls shown on screen during the airing of the participating shows). If correct, winner shall receive the base prize and the bonus prize. If incorrect, winner shall only receive the base prize and the answer of the next drawn entry will be checked if the answer is correct. If yes, he/she will receive the base prize and the bonus prize. But if still incorrect, the third drawn entry will be checked. Same process will be observed a correct answer is determined from the five (5) entries initially drawn. In the event that none of the initial five (5) entries sent the correct answer, they will still receive the base prize and an entry will be drawn from among those who sent the correct answer to receive the bonus prize of Five Thousand Pesos (Php 5,000.00 cash).

  • For the Weekly Draw, winners shall be drawn using the Amplifi Laro System, which is an online raffling system that draws winners randomly based on parameters set by TV5 Network Inc. From among all valid entries received during the weekly cut-off period, one (1) winner will be drawn to receive the cash prize of Fifty Thousand Pesos (P50,000.00).

  • For the Grand Draw, winners shall be drawn using the Amplifi Laro System, which is an online raffling system that draws winners randomly based on parameters set by TV5 Network Inc. From among all valid entries received during the promo period, twenty five (25) winners will be drawn to receive a Sulit TV box Powered by TV5 worth Seven Hiundred Eighty Pesos (Php 780.00) each and one (1) winner will be drawn to receive the cash prize of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (P500,000.00).

  • A list of the properties of the computer program shall be printed and given to the DTI Representative after each draw.

  • All entries and corresponding personal data of the participants shall be collected thru the promo chatbot designed by Amplifi Laro System. The database of entries and participants’ information will then be handled and will be under the safekeeping of Amplifi Laro System during the promo duration period. Once the promotion has ended, this database of information will then be fully transferred to TV5 Network Inc for safekeeping.

DATA PRIVACY NOTICE AND PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

1. TV5 Network Inc. (the “Company”) shall protect the data that you provided in compliance with the Data Privacy Law of 2012 and its implementing rules and regulations. The Company will not collect, disclose or process personal data, including data that may be classified as personal information and/or sensitive personal information unless you voluntarily choose to provide us with it and give your consent thereto, or unless such disclosure is required by applicable laws and regulations. Personal or sensitive personal information is information pertaining to racial or ethnic origin, religious belief, political affiliations, education, health or information provided by government agencies which are peculiar to individuals and such other data declared to be sensitive.

2. By agreeing to the Data Privacy and Personal Data Protection upon registration to the TV5 Spot the Parol & Win Promo, you confirm that you freely and voluntarily give consent to the collection of data, which may include personal information and/or sensitive information (the “Data”) set out in this form and/or otherwise provided by you or possessed by the Company for one or more purpose as stated below. The Company shall use the Data in relation to the Promo.

3. The Company shall keep the Data throughout the term of the engagement between you and the Company and for a period of ten (10) years thereafter. The Company shall take appropriate and commercially reasonable technical and organizational measure to ensure the requisite data security to protect the Data against unauthorized disclosure or unauthorized access. The Company shall require its affiliates, subsidiaries and third parties who process the Data to adhere to similar or comparable data protection standards as required by the Data Privacy Law of 2012.

4. You understand that you are given certain rights under the Data Privacy Act, including the right to object to processing of your data, the right to access your data, the right to correct any inaccurate data, and the right to erasure or blocking of data.
