The TV5 Network brings you the “Kapatid, Manood at Manalo Viewer Promo,” airing during the TV5 Primetime block from 8:00PM to 9:30PM, Mondays to Fridays, from May 04, 2026 to June 05, 2026, where viewers get a chance to win exciting prizes by simply watching participating TV5 shows (A Secret in Prague and My Bestfriend Emman) within the promo timeslot and waiting for the special promo QR code to be flashed on-screen.

To join, participants must use the camera of their mobile phone to scan the QR code, which will redirect them to the official promo microsite, select the correct promo hashtag shown during the broadcast, and complete the required registration to earn one (1) raffle entry per participating show per daily cut-off period, with a maximum of two (2) valid entries per day. Free to register.

The promotion runs from May 04, 2026 to June 05, 2026.

HOW TO JOIN

  1. The promo is open nationwide to all interested participants who are at least twenty-one (21) years old and residing in the Philippines at the time of registration and submission of entry to the promo.
  2. To join, interested participants must watch participating TV5 shows (A Secret in Prague and My Bestfriend Emman) which will air during the TV5 Primetime block from 8:00PM to 9:30PM, Mondays to Fridays, from May 04, 2026 to June 05, 2026. Participants need to wait for the promo QR code that will appear within each show’s airing timeslot. Once the promo QR code is scanned, it will lead the participant to the respective promo microsites based on the participating shows – https://tv5promo.mega.page/kmm-asip & https://tv5promo.mega.page/kmm-mbe, to register and select the correct promo hashtag-of-the-day as seen during the broadcast airing of the participating shows. Registration is free.
  3. To register and submit an entry, interested participants will be asked to register the following information.

a. Complete Name (First and Last Name)
b. Age
c. Complete Mailing Address
d. Mobile Number
e. Valid Email Address

NOTE: All information and answers are recorded with corresponding timestamps on a separate database exclusive for this promotion.

Participants are also required to read and accept the Data Privacy Agreement and the Promo Terms and Conditions by checking the tick box which certifies that they have read, understood and agreed to the Data Privacy Agreement and Promo Terms and Conditions which can be found on the promo page https://www.tv5.com.ph/promos/kmm. Participants may only register and submit their answer to earn an entry within the promo period.

  1. A complete registration and successful entry submission shall be considered as one (1) valid entry. A participant may earn only one (1) valid entry per participating show per daily cut-off period, with a maximum of two (2) valid entries per day. Any additional entries submitted within the same daily cut-off period will be deemed invalid.
  2. From all valid entries received within the daily cut-off period (Mondays to Fridays) between May 04, 2026 to June 05, 2026, five (5) entries will be randomly drawn per daily cut-off period to receive One Thousand Pesos (Php 1,000.00) worth of Maya Cash Vouchers each.

From all valid entries received per weekly cut-off period (Mondays to Fridays) within the promo period, one (1) entry will be randomly drawn to receive Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php 50,000.00) cash prize.

From all valid entries received for the whole promo period (May 04, 2026 to June 05, 2026), five (5) entries will be drawn to receive Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 500,000.00) cash prize each.

  1. Representatives from DTI, Media5 Marketing and TV5 Network Inc will be present during the determination of winners every Monday at 10:30 AM beginning from May 11, 2026 up to June 08, 2026, except for the first draw which will be held on May 07, 2026. The raffle draws will be held at the TV5 office located at 3F Launchpad Bldg. Reliance St. corner Sheridan, Mandaluyong City. A Zoom call will be made available for online viewing of the electronic raffle.
  2. A participant may win only once per draw date in the daily draws. However, winning in the daily draw does not disqualify the participant from winning in the weekly and/or grand draws. If a participant is drawn more than once, the prize with the higher value will be awarded to him/her and another winner will be drawn to receive the prize with the lower value.
  3. Prizes in kind are transferable but not convertible to cash. Cash prizes are non-transferable. All prizes exceeding Ten Thousand Pesos (P10,000.00) shall be subject to twenty percent (20%) prize tax, which will be shouldered by TV5 Network Inc.
  4. The names of the winners will be announced on-air, on the TV5’s Official Facebook account (https://www.facebook.com/TV5manila) and via print ad in a broadsheet of national circulation after the event. Winners will also be informed via registered mail, electronic mail and telephone call. No SMS/text notifications will be sent to the winner advising him/her that he/she won.
  5. Winners of the daily prizes will be asked to download and install the Maya app where the prize will be sent. Weekly and Grand Prize winners may claim their prizes at the TV5 Network Inc Office at the 3/F Launchpad Building, Sheridan corner Reliance Streets, Mandaluyong City every Thursday between 1:00PM to 4:00PM. The winner will shoulder all costs that may be incurred in securing his/her prize (Bus Fares, Taxi Fares, Gas, Parking, Meals, etc.).
  6. Prizes shall be awarded only upon completion of the entire validation process. TV5 Network Inc reserves the right to conduct further validation and verification before awarding the prize to the winner.
  7. The winner/s should claim their prize within sixty (60) days from receipt of notification. Otherwise, the prize will be forfeited in favor of TV5 Network, Inc with prior DTI-FTEB approval.
  8. Employees of TV5 Network Inc and its affiliates and subsidiaries, agencies and relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity and affinity are not qualified to join the Promo. The winners’ identity shall be subjected to verification.
  9. The Winner must present the following when claiming the prize.

Two (2) valid government-issued ID with complete real name, picture and address same as that registered to the promo and submitted in the entry (National ID, SSS ID, PRC ID, Driver’s License, Passport, Senior Citizen Card, OWWA ID, OFW ID, GSIS e-Card, Philhealth Card, Seaman’s Book, Alien Certification of Registration/Immigrant Certificate of Registration, Firearm’s License, Postal ID, NBI Clearance, Police Clearance, Birth Certificate) or private-owned issued ID (Company ID, School ID).

*For school IDs, it must reflect that he/she is enrolled for the current school year, semester or term.

CONTROL MEASURES

Determination and Verification of Winners

a. A DTI Representative shall be invited to check the computer system for receiving registration entries, sending confirmation messages, assigning raffle entries, drawing of winners, verification and testing of all procedures before the promo. A copy in a flash drive shall be sealed in an envelope signed by the DTI Representative for safekeeping of TV5 Network Inc and for verification of DTI anytime.

b. A list of the properties of the computer program and replies shall be printed and given to the DTI Representative after verification.

c. During the verification, the DTI Representative shall also check the fields in the database/list of participants which shall include the following details: complete name, mailing address, email address, mobile number, age. Another column shall be added to include the assigned raffle numbers.

d. Each registration and entry submitted will have a timestamp which corresponds to the date and time that the registration and entry was received by the system.

e. Another DTI Representative will be invited to be present during the actual raffle draw.

f. Representatives from TV5 Network Inc will generate a list of qualified entries before the draw.

g. Raffle numbers will be assigned to all valid entries in the presence of the DTI Representative before drawing winners.  A copy in a flash drive shall be sealed in an envelope signed by the DTI Representative for safekeeping of and for verification of DTI anytime.

h. The total count of entries to be drawn and the total count of entries will be set-up on the online randomizer (www.random.org )

i. Random.org shall generate numbers corresponding to raffle numbers.

j. An entry shall be declared as the winning entry when the drawn raffle number matches the assigned number of the entry.

Per daily cut-off period, five (5) winners will be drawn to receive the daily prize. Five (5) back-up winners will also be drawn.

Per weekly cut-off period, one (1) winner will be drawn to receive the weekly prize. One (1) back-up winner will also be drawn.

For the Grand draw, five (5) winners will be drawn to receive the grand prize. Five (5) back-up winners will also be drawn.

k. After the winners are drawn, it will be verified if all the submitted personal information is complete and correct; and if the entry submitted complies with the rules as stipulated in the mechanics.

l. A list of the drawn winners and back-up winners and their respective information and prizes won shall be printed and given to the DTI Representative after each draw date.

m. A list of the properties of the computer program shall be printed and given to the DTI Representative after each draw.

n. All entries and corresponding personal data of the participants shall be collected through the promo database designed by Megaphone. Once the promotion has ended, this database of information will be handed over by Megaphone to TV5 Network Inc for safekeeping until proper disposal procedure is applied, as required by the Data Privacy Act. All entries will be deleted after three (3) months from the end of the promo period.

 

DATA PRIVACY NOTICE AND PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

  1. TV5 Network, Inc. (the “Company”) shall protect the data that participants provided in compliance with the Data Privacy Law of 2012 and its implementing rules and regulations. The Company will not collect, disclose or process personal data, including data that may be classified as personal information and/or sensitive personal information unless the participant voluntarily chooses to provide it and give consent thereto, or unless such disclosure is required by applicable laws and regulations. Personal or sensitive personal information is information pertaining to racial or ethnic origin, religious belief, political affiliations, education, health or information provided by government agencies which are peculiar to individuals and such other data declared to be sensitive.
  2. By submitting a raffle entry with the participant’s personal information, he/she confirms that he/she freely and voluntarily gives consent to the collection of data, which may include personal information and/or sensitive information (the “Data”) provided by the participant or possessed by the Company for one or more purpose as stated below. The Company shall use the Data for the following purpose:
    • processing the engagement with the promo;
    • to conduct market research or related and analysis based on anonymized data, report the results to internal and external clients, affiliated or related companies and/or partners of TV5 Network, Inc.
  1. The Sponsor shall keep the Data throughout the term of the engagement between the promo participants and the Sponsor and for such period as may be necessary to accomplish the business purposes of the promo. The Sponsor shall take appropriate and commercially reasonable technical and organizational measure to ensure the requisite data security to protect the Data against unauthorized disclosure or unauthorized access. The Sponsor shall require its affiliates, subsidiaries and third parties who process the Data to adhere to similar or comparable data protection standards as required by the Data Privacy Law of 2012.
  2. The participant understands that he/she is given certain rights under the Data Privacy Act, including the right to object to processing of his/her data, the right to access his/her data, the right to correct any inaccurate data, and the right to erasure or blocking of data. For more information on these rights, and for requests to review the Data, to withdraw consent to the use of the Data for any of the purpose stated above, and/or to correct or update the Data, participant should contact our Data Privacy Compliance Officer (Michael Rex O. Promo Overview

The promo runs from May 4 to June 5, 2026, during the TV5 Primetime block (8:00 PM – 9:30 PM, Mondays to Fridays). Viewers can join for a chance to win exciting daily, weekly, and grand prizes.

Eligibility

This promo is open to all Filipino residents aged 21 years old and above. Employees of TV5 Network, its affiliates, partner agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are not qualified to join.

How to Join

Watch the participating shows, A Secret in Prague and My Bestfriend Emman, and wait for the QR code to appear on-screen during the broadcast. Scan the QR code using your mobile phone to access the official promo pages. Complete the registration form and select the correct hashtag shown during the show to submit your entry.

Each successful submission earns one (1) raffle entry per show per day, with a maximum of two (2) entries per day. Registration is free.

Prizes

Participants can win the following prizes:

  • Daily Draw: Five (5) winners of ₱1,000 cash
  • Weekly Draw: One (1) weekly winner of ₱50,000 cash (5 weeks)
  • Grand Draw: Five (5) winners of ₱500,000 cash each

Winner Selection

Winners will be selected through an electronic raffle draw conducted in the presence of authorized representatives, including the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI). A participant may win only once per daily draw but remains eligible for weekly and grand draws.

Announcement of Winners

Winners will be announced via:

  • TV5 on-air announcements
  • Official TV5 social media pages
  • Print publication

Winners will also be notified through registered mail, email, and phone call.

Claiming of Prizes

Daily winners will receive the prize through the Maya app. Weekly and grand prize winners must claim their prizes at the TV5 office in Mandaluyong City.

To claim a prize, winners must present:

  • Two (2) valid government-issued IDs
  • Official notification from TV5

Prizes must be claimed within 60 days from receipt of notification. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited in favor of TV5 Network, Inc., subject to DTI approval.

Prize Conditions

All prizes are non-transferable. Cash prizes exceeding ₱10,000 are subject to a 20% tax, which will be shouldered by TV5 Network, Inc.

Verification

All entries and winners are subject to validation and verification. TV5 reserves the right to confirm the identity and eligibility of participants before awarding prizes. Fraudulent or invalid entries may be disqualified.

Data Privacy

By joining, participants agree to the collection and processing of their personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012. Information collected will be used for promo administration, general customer research, and market analysis purposes. All personal data will be handled securely. Participants have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their data, subject to applicable laws.

General Terms

By participating, entrants agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. TV5 Network, Inc. reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not meet the promo requirements. In case of any dispute, the decision of TV5 Network, Inc., with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be final.
