BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYSTS
- Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Information Management
- 0-2 years business process analysis experience
- ISO Certified/ has been a part of an organization’s ISO certification, knowledgeable in various diagramming tools and techniques (Visio, MagicDraw UML, etc)
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills, strong interpersonal and leadership skills, and proven analytical and root cause analysis capabilities
BUSINESS ANALYSTS
- Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Information Management, or Management Information Systems
- 0-2 years business process analysis experience
- Knowledgeable in diagramming tools like UML, Visio, MS Project, etc.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, and proven analytical and root cause analysis capabilities
PROJECT MANAGERS
- Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Management, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems
- At least 5 years PM work experience; PMP certification is an advantage
- Knowledgeable in System Development Lifecycle and Project Portfolio Management
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Knowledgeable in various diagramming tools and techniques
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills; keen to details
PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICERS
- Graduate of Engineering or IT-related courses
- 2 years project management experience, preferably with experience in IT related projects
- Familiarity in software development life cycle
- Knowledgeable in project management methodologies
- Excellent oral and written communication/presentation skills
- With experience in project accounting, basic financial principles, project budgeting and cash flow analysis
- Knowledgeable in MS office/open office, MS Visio, MS Project
PGN SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGERS
- Graduate of any technical or IT-related courses
- Minimum 1 year managing an operations team/service
- Minimum 3 years’ experience with operations and service management
- Minimum 3 years in customer facing role
- Extensive knowledge of ITSM or similar standards and practices
- Knowledgeable in workflow analysis and process efficiency practices such as six sigma or similar
- Certification in ITIL foundation or similar service management competency
- Excellent oral and written communication/presentation skills
PGN SERVICE DELIVERY ENGINEERS
- Minimum of 1 year experience with project scoping, cost scoping, cost analysis, and asset management
- At least 2 years specialization in any one of the following areas: Storage platforms, Media management platforms, Broadcast systems, Workflow Applications support
- Completed training (or exam) in at least one area of the following certifications: CISSP, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Cisco Certified Internetworking expert, and/or Engineering board passer
- Experience with any of the following systems is an asset: Orad, Avid, Satellite uplink/downlink systems, SD/HD video encoding, A/V patching and cabling, video editing software 3D/2D
SR. SYSTEMS ENGINEER
- Minimum 1 year experience with broadcast related operations support in broadcasting (television or radio)
- Experience with broadcast workflow (acquisition, post production, playout)
- Minimum 1 year experience with project scoping, cost scoping, cost analysis and asset management
- Minimum 2 years leading IT operations support with 10 or more team members
- Strong leadership quality, dependable, and trustworthy
- Self-starter, aggressive and forward looking
- Proficient in oral and written English communication
- At least 3 years specialization in any one of the following areas: storage platforms, Media management platforms, Broadcast systems, workflow Applications support
- Completed at least one (2) exams towards one of the following IT certifications: CISSP, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Cisco Certified Internetworking Expert, Engineering board passer
- Formal training in ITIL/BCP and/or Project Management
- Experience with any of the following systems is an asset: Orad, Avid, Satellite uplink/downlink systems, SD/HD video encoding, A/V patching and cabling, video editing software 3D/2D
SYSTEMS ENGINEERS
- Minimum 1 year experience with broadcast related operations support in broadcasting
- 1 year specialization in any one of the following areas: storage platforms, Media management platforms, Broadcast systems, workflow Applications support
