January 21, 2012 was a good day for fans of Nandito Ako and Archies alike. For the first time, David Archuleta and Jasmine Curtis Smith promoted the mini-serye, “Nandito Ako” with a mall show in SM City Fairview.
Thousands of fans were present at David Archuleta’s first mall tour since his arrival a week ago. Some of the “Archies” who flocked the SM City Fairview Atrium were given the chance to win a photo opportunity with David through a Sing-A-Like contest, Poster Making contest and other fun games. Afterwards, Jasmine Curtis Smith gave the fans an energetic, up-tempo performance of Nicki Minaj’s Super Bass.
Meanwhile, David offered his smash hit “Crush” to his adoring fans..
The fans were able to witness a rare live hot-seat interview with David and Jasmine by the host. Even more exciting was a Q&A portion with David for a handful of fans. The mall show was capped with the contest winners’ photo opportunity with David Archuleta .
