Join David, Eula, Jasmine and the cast of Nandito Ako on set as they film Josh Bradley’s concert scene!
How:
• THURSDAY (FEB 2)
- Line up and register at the Nandito Ako booth in Broadway Centrum. Registration is from 10AM to 5PM or until all 700 slots have been filled
- Register and sign the waiver form. Registrants must present a valid ID.
- Claim your shoot pass from the TV5 personnel
- Shoot details will be provided upon registration
- Registrant must show up at the PASIG SPORTS COMPLEX at the call-time given
- Each registrant can reserve only one slot for a companion
• Registrant will be given a copy of the waiver for his/her companion
• Companion must submit the signed waiver the next day at the PASIG SPORTS COMPLEX in exchange for a shoot pass
• Line-up at the table designated for submission of waiver forms at 2PM
• Submit signed waiver form to TV5 personnel
• Claim your shoot pass

WALK-INS:
- Line up and register at the Nandito Ako booth at the PASIG SPORTS COMPLEX (near Tanghalang Pasigueno). Registration starts at 1PM
- Only 600 slots will be available on a first come first served basis.
- Register and sign the waiver form
- Claim your shoot pass from the TV5 personnel
FOR THURSDAY REGISTRANTS WITH PASSES:
- Call time is at 3 PM. Please proceed to PASIG SPORTS COMPLEX
COMPANIONS OF THURSDAY REGISTRANTS
- Proceed to PASIG SPORTS COMPLEX on or before 1:00 PM. Line-up at the table designated for submission of waiver forms
- Submit signed waiver form to TV5 personnel
- Claim your shoot pass
IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
For international/local fans flying in for the concert scene, please email your names to nanditoakotv5@gmail.com before 9pm (Philippine Standard Time), February 2, 2012 so we can reserve slots for you. Proof of arrival (i.e. Passport, ticket, boarding pass, etc) will be requested upon registration on Thursday or Friday.
When lining-up for a shoot pass, fans must bring ID’s.
On the day of the shoot:
ONLY PERSONS WITH SHOOT PASSES WILL BE ALLOWED INSIDE THE THEATRE.
NO CAMERAS are allowed inside the shoot venue. All cameras, camera-phones and cellular phones will be confiscated at the entrance of the shoot venue for safekeeping by security personnel. These items can only be claimed after the shoot.
All shoot participants will be frisked by security personnel at the entrance of the shoot venue.
Crowd participants can bring concert paraphernalia such as glow sticks, posters and banners provided posters/banners make use of the name “Josh Bradley”, not “David Archuleta”
Food is not allowed inside the shoot venue.
