Cesar Montano is a character actor, director and TV host who started his career as a stuntman, eventually rising to fame in action movies and dramatic roles. He is best known for portraying our national hero in “Jose Rizal” and starring in the Hollywood movies “The Great Raid” and “Another Deep Breath”.
